At TRU ORGANICA, we aim to deliver your wellness products safely and on time.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timeline
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on the location.
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on selected orders/promotions.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID/link will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to track shipment status.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier partner delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
TRU ORGANICA shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, TRU ORGANICA supplements and gummies are non-returnable once opened or used.
Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement
We offer replacement/refund only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received damaged or tampered
- Missing item(s) in the package
- Manufacturing defect
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Package images
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns/refunds are not applicable for:
- Opened or consumed products
- Change of mind
- Taste/flavour preference issues
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Expected results not achieved
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
Refund Policy
If approved after verification:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
