1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of health supplements and edible products, all TRU ORGANICA gummies and supplements are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, returns/replacements may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged or tampered condition
- Missing item(s) in the package
- Manufacturing defect or leakage/damage during transit
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the product and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind after purchase
- Taste, flavour, or texture preference issues
- Individual results/expectations not met
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Delayed delivery caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping address
3. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
- Details of the issue
Upon verification, we may provide:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund (only in eligible cases)
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
- Bank/payment gateway processing timelines may vary.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting customer details.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
